Pricing fluctuates greatly depending on furnishing quality, source, customization and materials.
Roughly 25-30% of the budget will be utilized by Carolyn for concepts, procurement and on-site staging/styling.

Sourcing & Specification
A detailed spreadsheet of recommended products, variations, sizes / pricing and where to procure them.
